I refer to the 2012-2013 State Budget which allocated $10.6 million for continuing upgrades to the Coalfields Highway and the subsequent $28 million promised by the Liberal Government as an election promise, and ask:
(a) Of the $10.6 million allocated in 2012-13, how much has been spent;
(b) Where have the upgrades from the acquitted part of the 2012-13 allocation taken place;
(c) Of the unspent 2012-13 funding allocation, where is this money going to be spent on the Coalfields Highway; and
(d) Can you outline the timeline, yearly budget allocations and the proposed design works and their site of the $28 million ongoing upgrades to the Coalfields Highway that were promised to the people of the Collie-Preston electorate by the Barnett Government?
