I refer to the two-page spread in The West Australian on 16 November 2025 on pages 8-9, featuring an article and analysis by Joe Spagnolo announcing the State Government's plans to establish 10 station precincts for higher density housing in an 800 metre radius around train station sites, and I note that the article says, "the State Government believes the 10 train-station precincts could accommodate an additional 35,000 homes", and I ask: (a) in relation to the Redcliffe location: (i) what, if any, State Government-owned (including by Government Trading Enterprises such as DevelopmentWA) land is captured within the 800 metre radius, including Public Transport Authority land associated with the train station, identified by: (A) address - per discrete site; (B) physical size - per discrete site; (ii) approximately how many (out of the potential yield of 35,000 homes for all 10 locations) homes were estimated to be potentially deliverable within the 800 metre radius of this station; (iii) what percentage of the 35,000 potential homes across all 10 locations is estimated to be deliverable through this location; and (iv) what privately-owned land sites within the 800 metre radius of the station were counted towards the figure estimate for this location's contribution towards the total 35,000 figure, identified by: (A) address - per discrete site? (B) physical size - per discrete site?
