The minister will be aware that on Wednesday, 30 March 2005 I asked him a question in respect of the activities of the Royal Agricultural Society, more particularly related to the commercial activities that are conducted at the Showgrounds outside Royal Show Week. The minister said that, firstly, he would determine whether the legislation I referred to was his responsibility. However, on that day, we both agreed it was. I gave some preliminary notice of this question to one of the minister’s officers. I do not know whether he received it, because it looks to me that he may not have got it. Hon Kim Chance : I have that, but not the answer that has been prepared. Hon GEORGE CASH : As long as the minister is aware. Will the minister provide me with some additional detail on the activities and advise whether those commercial activities are outside the scope of the act? Hon KIM CHANCE
