(a) This question should be referred to the Minister for Police.
(b) I remind the Member of Standing Order 105 which, amongst other things, provides that questions should not seek an opinion or a legal interpretation or opinion. That said, it is necessary to reiterate the Government's long held view that the detention of juveniles in police custody after arrest should only be used as a last resort.
(c) This question should be referred to the Minister for Police.
