MENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES - WORKSAFE AUDIT
Following the WorkSafe audit of all mental health facilities in 2004, I understand that eight of 178 notices are still outstanding. (1) Can the minister list the eight outstanding notices, including the name of the facility that received the notice, the date it was received and the nature of the problem?
