I refer to the answer to Question on Notice No. 4019, and ask: (a) can the Minister list all crown land properties that have been transferred in fee simple to organisation/s; (b) can the Minister also list whether each of these were at a nominal value or a discounted price; and (c) can the Minister also list against each of the properties identified in (a) the public benefit and/or the conditions of any conditional tenure attached to the land parcel?

(a-c) I refer to our agreement to amend the question asked on 1 November 2018 and provide the following table detailing all Crown land transferred since March 2017 under section 75 of the Land Administration Act 1997 to not for profit organisations for aged care purposes.
