(1) No. (2) The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) does not have an inventory of all of the drums on Loongana Lime’s site. The DEP is currently investigating the storage of drums at Loongana Lime. The contents of these drums forms part of its investigation. Samples have been taken from a random selection of these drums. These samples were taken on the week 26 - 30 January 2004. The results of the sampling will not be tabled until after the investigation into Loongana Lime is completed. The results form part of the investigation into Loongana Lime, and form part of the evidence being collected for that inquiry. However, regardless to say that the testing showed that the concentrations of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) was below the level of detection on all drums sampled. (3) Not Applicable.
