I refer to the Corruption and Crime Commission “Report on the Matters of Serious Misconduct in the Shire of Exmouth” and ask, will the Minister put in place compulsory training for Local Councils, to ensure there is a proper understanding of their roles, duties, ethical standards and compliance with the Local Government Act 1995 : (a) if yes, when will this commence and how much funding will be allocated; and (b) if no, why not?
