(a) how many times has this committee met in:
(i) 2008;

(iii) 2010; and

(b) how many lots were disposed of through this committee in:

(ii) 2009;
(iii) 2010; and
(iv) 2011?
(c) what total land area was disposed of through this committee in:
(i) 2008;
(ii) 2009;
(iii) 2010; and
(iv) 2011?
(d) what was the total dollar return to government from the disposal of land through this committee in:
(i) 2008;
(ii) 2009;
(iii) 2010; and
(iv) 2011?
(e) how many people or organisations have registered for access to the clearing house to date?

(a) The Property Asset Clearing House Steering Committee meets on a quarterly basis.
(i) 2008 - 4 times
(ii) 2009 - 4 times
(iii) 2010 - 4 times
(iv) 2011 - 4 times
(b) Properties disposed of
(i) 2008 - 5 properties
(ii) 2009 - 16 properties
(iii) 2010 - 31 properties
(iv) 2011 - 36 properties
(c) The Department of Regional Development and Lands has advised that this information is only available in hard copy and is stored off site and it would take an unreasonable amount of time and resources to collate this information. If the Member has a question related to a specific property I will ask the Department to investigate.
(d) Sales per year inclusive of GST.
(i) 2008 - $3 404 200
(ii) 2009 - $11 428 500
(iii) 2010 - $19 922 949
(iv) 2011 - $45 478 306
(e) Access is only granted to other State Government agencies and administrators of the system. To date, 30 agencies have registered for access with 114 approved users.
