Burswood Park motorplex and associated project works.
(1) Has the proposal been referred to the
Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1986 ?
(2) If yes to (1), when does the government expect
the referral to be assessed?
(3) If no to (1), when will the government refer
the proposal to the EPA?
