I refer to the answer to question
without notice 475 asked in the Legislative Assembly on 11 August 2022.

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1)–(4) The
figures quoted by the Premier in the Legislative Assembly on 11 August 2022
were a snapshot of queries sent from opposition members to the current Minister
for Police over the past year. It was not an exhaustive list of inquiries that
were sent to ministers, to their offices, or directly to the WA Police Force
since the inception of the G2G system. The Premier is also advised that WA
police does not have a central system or list of inquiries received in relation
to G2G passes. As the Premier has stated on multiple occasions, the claims in
the member's question are totally and utterly incorrect. All matters
relating to G2G passes that were received by every member of Parliament, from
all political parties, were referred to WA police, which was responsible for
the management of G2G passes.
