Minister for Education:
I refer to the
gravel car park located at the Toodyay District High School.
(1) Is the
minister aware of the dangerous condition of this car park and the potential
danger for those students attending the school?
(2) Has the minister
allocated any funds to upgrade the car park?
(3) If yes to
(2), how much has been allocated and when is the work due to commence?
(4) If no to
(2), why not?

I am advised that a preliminary allocation of $300 000 has been set aside to
upgrade the car park at Toodyay District High School, pending detailed
investigation, design and documentation. It is expected that the project will
commence in mid-2016.
