(2) Are all COVID-19/coronavirus regional and state border check point personnel, (who are approaching people crossing a check point) wearing the correct COVID-19/coronavirus personal protective equipment (PPE)? (3) What specific PPE is being issued to each COVID-19/coronavirus check point person who is manning a regional or state border check point?

(1) Yes.
(2) Yes.
(3) Western Australian Police Force (WA Police) are managing all Vehicle Control Points (VCP’s) Statewide. WA Police have advised that they are supplying the appropriate PPE to all personnel assisting at VCP’s in relation to COVID-19.
DFES personnel are required to wear PPE/PPC whilst operational.
