I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) Both vehicles are owned by members of the public, who are neither members of staff nor related to members of staff. (2) The Toyota Landcruiser had been repaired and was awaiting payment and collection. The Datsun Bluebird had arrived that morning and was being worked on at the time it was stolen. (3) Prisoners no longer have access to the service yard at the rear of the auto workshop, and all vehicles currently in the workshop are immobilised.
