HEDLAND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL — REPAIRS
483. Hon JACQUI BOYDELL to the Minister for Education and
Training:
I refer to a news article in the North West Telegraph in July 2019 announcing, as part of the resolution of a royalties dispute
between BHP and the state government, $15 million in funding to be allocated to
repairing Hedland Senior High School.
(1) How much of the $15 million has been spent to date?
(2) Will the
minister give an outline of all projects to be undertaken using this funding,
including expected completion dates and total funding versus actual expenditure
to date?
(3) Are there
any separate works or maintenance projects planned at Hedland Senior High
School that will be funded from another source; and, if yes, can the minister
please outline them?
