(b) as the building is Heritage listed, what are the redevelopment guidelines that have been prepared for the site?
The Department of Housing and Works advise: a) The proceeds derived from the sale are returned to the Consolidated Revenue Fund and the funds expended on the Government's priorities of health, education, community safety and infrastructure. b) The property was sold following the execution of a Heritage Agreement which was prepared by the Heritage Council of WA and clearly identifies the responsibilities of the purchaser during the redevelopment process.
