The Minister Replied:
(a) Initial indicator values were set and agreed to be an interim KPI Committee during the negotiation phase of the Request for Proposal process, with both consortia.
(b) Once the State has achieved contractual close, the contracts will be tabled.
(c) Not applicable.
(d) I refer the Member to my answer to (a) that they were agreed to, and remind him there has not been a tender associated with the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, ipso factor, there has never been an announcement of a "successful tenderer".
