With reference to question No. 49 of Wednesday 24 March 2010, to the Minister for Environment and Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) statement 757 of 24 December 2007, I ask -
(1) Has Woodside created a new section of the road, into its project just north of Jilly’s Valley off Burrup Road between the Dampier to Bunbury gas pipeline, and Burrup Road that was was not outlined in the EPA statement 757 of 24 December 2007?
(2) If yes to (1), were all the appropriate approvals obtained from the Department of Indigenous Affairs and the ACMC?
(3) If not to (2), what action will the Minister take?
(4) Were representatives of all the Aboriginal groups present during any activities or relocation associated with the road from the Pluto project to the Dampier to Bunbury gas pipeline, and the road from the Dampier to Bunbury gas pipeline to the Burrup Road?
(5) If petroglyphs were moved were these identified in the original or subsequent s18 consents?
(6) How many section 18’s were lodged in relation to the road from the Pluto project to the Dampier to Bunbury gas pipeline?
(7) How many section 18’s were lodged in relation to the road from the Dampier to Bunbury gas pipeline to the Burrup Road?
(8) How many sites and how many petroglyphs were impacted by these sections of this road?
