(a) Yes.
(i) I have a regular scheduled meeting with the Director General and Senior Health Executives on a fortnightly basis. A meeting with the then Acting Director General occurred on 8 July. The Acting Director General attended other meetings in my office on 1, 6 and 7 July.
(ii) Nil.
It should be noted that I speak to the Director General on the telephone on a frequent basis and this report was regularly raised in general discussion and informally at other meetings.
