(1) I am advised that the Department of Housing and Works will build four two-bedroom family units at 14 and 16 Dunford Street as part of its 2005-06 construction program. (2) Resubdivision and amalgamation have been completed for lots 1019 to 1021 Dunford Street. An architect has been appointed. Design work has been completed and planning approvals, dated 19 September 2005, have been received from the City of Melville. Design documentation is under way. (3) The costs so far are $6 754 for amalgamation and resubdivision fees; $242 for the feature survey; $4 420 for the architect’s fees up to the planning application; and $1 012 for planning application fees. The total is $12 428. (4) The budget for this project is $450 000.
