2. Refer to the statement (1) above. 3. No. 4. The University is not aware of any current statute relating to the WA Conservatorium of Music. As part of the agreement with UWA which formed the WA Institute of Music (WAIM), it was agreed by both institutions after wide consultation, to use the joint title of WAIM in favour of any institutional title. 5. Refer to statement (4) above. 6. The Memorandum of Agreement between UWA and ECU which created WAIM required that there be a review after a designated period of time so as to inform the future arrangements between the two institutions. This has occurred. Arrangements between UWA and ECU continue to be in place. New programmes are being introduced, as are co-operative teaching arrangements and a constructive partnership to strengthen music provision. 7. Refer to the statement (6) above. 8.
