(a) Production Costs
FESA - Cost incurred = $13,237 - This figure does not include FESA staff costs associated with production of the report.
WAPOL - The total actual costs incurred by the Western Australia Police in producing the 2007-08 Annual Report was $21,397.50. This total includes photography, printing, design and proof-reading.
· ORS - The Office of Road Safety is part of the Department for Premier and Cabinet (DPC) for all administrative issues. As such, the Office of Road Safety's response to this question will be included as part of the DPC response.
(b) Distribution Costs
FESA - Not applicable - FESA's annual reports are designed to be accessed on-line.
WAPOL - Distribution of printed copies of the 2007-08 Annual Report was done either in person (i.e. handed to Senior Officers upon attendance at Police Headquarters on normal business) or included in standard mail deliveries done under existing courier contracts, and as such there are no separate costs for distribution.
