I refer to Landgate’s new Land Registry Platform, the establishment of Advara and the pursuit of the “commercial opportunities using the new land registry platform” as outlined in the Minister’s Statement of 16 June 2016, and I ask: (a) which company or companies have been engaged by either Landgate or Advara to perform IT or other services associated with the new Land Registry Platform; (b) for each company outlined in (a): (i) what is the nature of the services provided; and (ii) did the engagement of the company go to tender or through an expression of interest or similar process and, if not, why not; (c) since 1 July 2015, please outline all travel undertaken by Landgate staff and/or Board members in relation to the new Land Registry Platform regime, detailing: (i) the date/s of the travel; (ii) whether the travel undertaken for training or instructional purposes and, if not, what was the purpose of the travel; (iii) the names of the Landgate staff or Board members who undertook the travel; (iv) the location of the travel by city and country; and (v) the cost of the travel, including airfares, accommodation, entertainment and other expenses; and (d) in relation to the cost of travel outlined in (c), could the Minister provide for each occasion that travel occurred: (i) a breakdown of the costs borne by Landgate; and (ii) a breakdown of the costs borne by another entity, organisation or company, including the name of that entity, organisation or company?
