AUSTRALIAN HEALTH
PRACTITIONER REGULATION AGENCY INVESTIGATIONS
133. Ms L. METTAM to the Premier:
I have a supplementary question.
Given this recommendation, will the Premier now apologise to the health workers
whom this government referred to investigation to AHPRA following Aishwarya
Aswath's death?

AnswerView source ↗

The referral of health workers was
required by law. If you did not do it, you would be breaking the law. If the
member is suggesting that we break the law —
Several members interjected.
The SPEAKER : Order, please!
Mr M. McGOWAN : — you
are not fit for office.
The SPEAKER : That concludes
question time.
