I refer to page 2 of the Department of Water's 2011-2012 Annual Report which states that the department's role includes to 'encourage water conservation and promote innovative use of alternative water sources' and 'work with industry, Government and community stakeholders to find solutions to better water use', and ask —
(1) Why are there no corresponding key efficiency and effectiveness indicators on page 6 of the same report relating to water conversation, efficiency and innovation?
(2) Please list the main actions that the department has taken in 2011-2012 to 'encourage water conservation and promote innovative use of alternative water sources'.
