(1) For the period 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016, there were five accused remanded in custody to be assessed by a psychiatrist. (2) For the period 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016, the longest period a person was held in custody awaiting an assessment was eight days. (3)–(4) Not applicable.
