(1) With respect to each person referred to as being employed as at 5 May 2004 - (a) under what provisions are those people employed; (b) what level are they on; (c) when did they commence employment; and (d) what are the remuneration benefits and perquisites for those people employed at level 7 or above? (2) What was Mr Michael Thorn’s remuneration, benefits and perquisites and level when he was employed as the chief of staff to Hon Clive Brown? (3) Has Mr Michael Thorn disclosed to the Government the nature of his employment between May 1993 and January 1998; and between January 1998 to March 2001?
