(1) In Western Australia there were 101 road crash fatalities on remote/regional roads in the financial year of 2005/06. There were 130 in 2006/07 and 121 in 2007/08.
(2) In the metropolitan area there were 75 road crash fatalities in 2005/06, 95 fatalities in 2006/07 and 97 in 2007/08.
