With regard to question 157 of 3 May and answers provided in question 123 by the minister representing the Minister for Police and Emergency Services on 27 April in which it was identified that the matter was referred to the Office of State Revenue, which advised the fraud squad that the reported behaviour did not constitute an offence under its legislation, I ask again - (1) On what date did the Department for Planning and Infrastructure become aware that the Queensland-registered vehicles were being used in Western Australia, and how and why? (2) On what date did the Department for Planning and Infrastructure contact Queensland about these vehicles being used in Western Australia and for what reason was it contacted?
