I refer to C-series trains, and I ask: (a) has the Public Transport Authority undertaken any passenger surveys on the experience of being a passenger on C-series trains; (b) if yes to (a), when was this survey taken and what were the results; (c) if yes to (a), can the survey report be tabled; (d) if no to (c), why not; (e) if no to (a), why not, given that many further C-series trains are in production - wouldn't the Government want to hear passenger feedback before producing even more trains, potentially replicating errors and issues; (f) if no to (a), are there any plans to do this; and (g) if yes to (f), when will this take place?
