(b) if so, what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) meetings(s);
(c) if so, were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s);
(d) if so, what were the names and positions of the people present; and

As the Member would be aware, the current Minister for Housing was sworn in on 12 July 2012. The Minister for Housing prior to 12 July 2012 advises, that the Minister may, from time to time, have met Mr Smith, Ms Duda or representatives of Smith and Duda Consulting, in an exclusively social capacity, however, for meetings potentially relating to Government business between May 2009 and May 2010, please see below.
