General:
I refer to the
Pritchard review into court efficiency.
(1) When did it commence?
(2) When is the review due to be completed?
(3) Will the Attorney General commit to tabling
the review report once received?
(4) Given that the average time for Family Court
matters to get to trial is now 48 weeks, why was the Family Court excluded from
the scope of the review?

(4) The courts and tribunals within the scope of
the review are those predominantly exercising state rather than state and
