I refer to assaults occurring in public hospitals in Western Australia, and I ask:
(a) for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 financial years, will the Minister please provide:
(i) the number of assaults reported by each hospital by month;
(ii) the grouping of persons assaulted i.e. staff members, patients, visitors, etc; and
(iii) the grouping of persons committing the assault i.e. staff members, patients, visitors, etc;
(b) with respect to (a)(ii) above, where staff were assaulted please provide a breakdown of staff categorisation i.e. doctors, nurses, support staff, administration staff, etc.; and
(c) the number of Code Black’s occurring at each hospital in the same two year period and the reason for each activation?
