I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 436, "Services and Key Efficiency Indicators – Courts and Tribunal Services", and ask: (a) has a business case been presented to demonstrate the need for additional judges for the Supreme Court; (b) if no to (a), when is such a business case likely to be presented; and (c) when is a determination on the number of judges to be appointed to the Supreme Court, as a result of that business case, likely to be made?
