(1) Has the north west region office of the Department of Environmental Protection received from BHP Billiton Ltd the reports it was awaiting in June? (2) Has the DEP concluded its investigation? (3) If yes to (1), what was the outcome of the investigation, and will the minister table any relevant report by the DEP? (4) If no to (1), what is the status of the investigation?
