(2) Yes. At Barrack Square, Bunbury, Cervantes, Bremer Bay, Challenger, Exmouth, Geraldton Batavia Coast, Hillarys, Kalbarri and Point Samson. (3) Yes, as outlined in the DPI document “Principles for Cost Recovery, Pricing and Management of Public Boat Harbours and Fishing Industry Facilities” and agreed to by fishing industry representatives on a Statewide basis. I will ask DPI to provide the Member with a copy. (4) As at 30 June 2003, the amount still outstanding was $707,693 however, $400,000 was not written off. Casuarina Boat Harbour received a hardship grant of $394,181 in 2001/2002. The grant covered the deficit balance fund at the harbour for that year, which included annual capital costs of $82,310. (5) At this early stage, no decisions have been made on the Albany Boat Harbour.
