I refer to reports in the Canning-Melville Times of 12 October 2003 that attribute comments to the minister. She is quoted as saying that the State Government had not committed to deleting stage 8 of the Roe Highway through Bibra Lake and North Lake. (1) What is the Government’s position on the future of stage 8 of the Roe Highway? (2) Will the Gallop Labor Government delete stage 8 - yes or no? Hon KEN TRAVERS
