Detailed engineering design work is currently underway on sinking the railway line. A review process has been underway for the area at the eastern end of the project around the Horseshoe Bridge. Together with the Premier, I expect to be providing more information about that area between now and the end of the year. What has happened in the past week, in particular, is that the first two lots of land in the Northbridge Link area that are now for sale have been put on the market. It is the area immediately between the Perth Arena project, which is of course under construction, and the old entertainment centre.
