Figures below include all resignations and retired from 1 October 2021 to 27 October 2021 across WA Health. Unless the reason for termination is stated on the termination form, we cannot determine the resignation is a direct result of the mandate.
(1) 401
(2)(a) 20
(b) 133
(c) 11
(d) 1
(e) 100
(f) 136
