With regard to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre -
(1) Will all road works and changes to the freeway system that are required beyond the boundaries of the site of the centre be borne by the successful proponent?
(2) Will the cost of other associated services such as power, water and sewerage beyond the boundaries of the site of the centre be borne by the successful proponent?
(3) If not, who will bear the cost of the required changes beyond the boundaries of the centre site?
