yellow mental health emergencies in Western Australian hospitals, and I ask:

(a) How many code yellow emergencies were issued in:
(i) 2021;
(ii) 2022; and
(iii) 2023 to date;
(b) What was the date, location and reason for each code yellow emergency issued;
(c) How many mental health patients need to be waiting in an emergency department for a mental health bed for a code yellow emergency to be issued; and
(d) Were any patients discharged from any WA public hospital before a mental health bed could be found for them?
