2. There is no recommendation #42 in the Cohen Report. The Metropolitan Obstetric Services Model outlined in Recommendation #1 of the Cohen Report includes four general hospitals. This model was endorsed by the Health Reform Committee in Recommendation #42. The four general hospitals designated are clearly outlined in the Clinical Services Framework 2005 - 2015. That is, Joondalup Health Campus, Swan District Hospital, Armadale Kelmscott Hospital, Rockingham Kwinana Hospital.
