I thank the member for some notice of this question. Penistone Reserve is 11.4 hectares. The Department of Education and Training is currently in negotiation with the City of Joondalup to have exclusive use of part of the reserve - one hectare - during the hours of 4.00 am and 4.00 pm on school days. At all other times, the community will have access to the entire reserve.
