(2) No. (3) The Police Service advise that names of all persons spoken to are normally recorded in the visiting officer’s official police notebook. (4) The Police Service advise if the juvenile is over the age of 16, working and independently living, the parents are not contacted. Where juvenile cautions are issued, parents must be notified. Juveniles are removed from licensed premises and a responsible adult is required to take them home. (5) The Police Service advise accurate records of warnings against all licensees are not available. The issuing of such warnings can take a variety of forms from an informal written or verbal caution to matters being formally raised with the Office of Racing and Gaming, Liquor Licensing Division.
