(2) What conditions were contained in the agreement signed between the original owner of the building and the State Government of that time which related to the lease of all or some of the office space within the building to the Government?
(3) How many sqaure metres of space were subject to the original lease agreement, what was the annual leasing costs of this space and what cost escalation clauses applied over time?
(4) For each year from 1998 to 2003, how much space was leased to the Government in the Bunbury Tower, at what annual cost and at what cost per square metre?
(5) For each year from 2003 to 2008, how much space will be leased to the Government in the Bunbury Tower, at what annual cost and at what cost per square metre?
(6) Is all the space within the Bunbury Tower that is currently being leased by the Government actually being used by Government agencies and, if not, how much space is currently unused?
(7) What is the current cost per square metre for similar office space available for lease in the Bunbury CBD?
