I refer to “Community infrastructure: Recreation center stage 2 active aging strategy, Aboriginal and Environment center, public open space upgrades, redevelopment of social housing areas”, listed as a priority project in the Northam Regional Centre Growth Plan and ask: (a) how much funding has the project received for the financial years: (i) 2011–2012; and (ii) 2012–2013; (b) how much funding has been allocated for the project for the financial years: (i) 2013–2014; (ii) 2014–2015; and (iii) 2016–2017; and (c) what is the expected completion date for the project?

(a) (i)-(ii) On 15 August 2012, $3 655 435 was deposited into the relevant Shire  account for the Avon River Revitalisation and Riverfront Development  project, of which $350 000 is related to the Aboriginal and Environment  Centre project.
(c)  The project completion date, as stated in the financial assistance  agreement, is September 2014.
