(1) Has there been any discussion with LogicalCMG WA on a formal or informal basis regarding the provision of IT services to Western Power or any entity arising from the desegregation of Western Power?

Various meetings have been held between LogicaCMG WA and Western Power officers regarding the potential provision of IT consultancy, disaster recovery and application service provider services. Dates of meetings are outlined in answer to (b). (b) and (c) 5 December 2002 to 16 January 2003 5 March 2003 25 May 2003 1, 4 and 18 July 2003 20 and 21 August 2003 3, 4, 9, 11, 16 September 2003 In addition to these meetings LogicaCMG WA was contracted to Western Power’s Networks Business Unit from 26 May to 31 July 2003 for work on Networks’ Billing and Customer Management requirements. Various meetings were held between Western Power and LogicaCMG WA as part of this contract.
