I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment (Office of Major Transport and Infrastructure Delivery – Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct Summary Assessment Report), released in February 2026, which states that the business case “did not provide sufficient detail to ascertain the veracity of these cost estimates”, and I ask: (a) what independent cost verification has been undertaken since the release of this report; (b) have external organisations been engaged to undertake this verification; and (c) if yes to (b), which external organisations have been engaged?
