I refer to the need for a second access road to the College Grove estate in Bunbury, and I ask —
(1) What funding has been allocated in the 2012-13 Budget for the construction of the second access road?
(2) What are the expected commencement and completion dates for the construction of the second access road?
(3) If funding has not been provided in the 2012-13 Budget, why not?

Main Roads WA
advises:
(1-3)  As the Hon Member has been previously advised, roads within the College Grove precinct are local roads under the care and control of the City of Bunbury. Any road improvements in this area are a City of Bunbury project and details of funding and construction timing should be directed to Council.
