FARINA to the minister representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to proposed changes to bus services in Bunbury.
(1) Will additional funding be provided to run the proposed
additional weekday and weekend services?
(2) If yes to (1), how much additional funding will be
provided each year?
(3) What school services will be replaced with deviating town
services?
(4) Which town services will be deviated to replace school
services?
(5) What schools have been consulted in relation to the
proposed changes?
(6) What routes or portions of routes will be cancelled?

question. The Public Transport Authority advises as follows —
(1) No.
(2) Not applicable.

The proposed changes are still subject to feedback from the public consultation
process, which closes on 7 November 2012. I hope the member has her submission
in to show her interest!

affected schools were consulted via the School Bus Advisory Committee meeting
on 17 August 2012. Additionally, the following schools were contacted via
letter and invited to provide feedback to the service review: Adam Road Primary
School, Australind Primary School, Australind Senior High School, Bunbury
Cathedral Grammar School, Bunbury Catholic College, Bunbury Primary School,
Bunbury Senior High School, Carey Park Primary School, Clifton Park Primary
School, College Row, Cooinda Primary School, Dalyellup Beach Primary School,
Dalyellup College, Djidi Djidi Aboriginal School, Eaton Community College,
Eaton Primary School, Edith Cowan University, Geographe Grammar School, Glen
Huon Primary School, Grace Christian School, John Calvin Primary School,
Kingston Primary School, Leschenault Catholic Primary School, Manea Senior
College, Newton Moore Senior High School, Ocean Forest Lutheran College,
Parkfield Primary School, Picton Primary School, South Bunbury Primary School,
